Pioneer Village Buildings
In the pioneer village, step inside the former S.S. #1 Lowertown schoolhouse, built on-site in 1838, complete with historic desks, slates and woodstove. Take a peek inside the Museum's pioneer log home circa 1860 and the former Micksburg United church circa 1879. Other outdoor exhibits include a stonelifter, blacksmith shop, bake oven, smokehouse, woodworking shop, carriage shed, train station and sawmill.
